"WHO WOULD LIKE A COPY OF SPACE ODYSSEY, AN ACCOUNT OF AMERICAS GREATEST TRIUMPH IN SPACE!"

May 5th 2011 COMMERATES N.A.S.A.'s 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST AMERICAN MAN INTO SPACE!

Welcome to the website of the exciting and newly published book Space Odysseys

 by Gerald Pleau

Space Odysseys is a factual compilation which accounts the first 28 N.A.S.A. space missions. The book also contains all of the biographies of the Astronauts for these missions.  Those who have personally felt the excitement of a liftoff, or seen one via television can relive the experience in the book Space Odysseys.

The 1969 mission of Apollo 11  is arguably the most astonishing technological achievement in history. Space Odysseys dedicates 19 pages to the landing on the moon, an historical event unmatched by any other.  The book contains conversations from the astronauts (astronaut biographies) to Houston ground control and excerpts from the book  Apollo Expeditions to the Moon, written by Neil Armstrong and Edwin E. 'Buzz' Aldrin, Jr.

Space Odysseys enlightens, entertains, and educates. It can be used as an educational tool for the classroom. It is written in chapters with questions at each end for thought, discussion or testing.

The information contained in Space Odysseys about the N.A.S.A. space program and its missions is currently not being taught in public schools. It is an important part of American history that could easily be lost, if not passed down through education.

The author is on a mission to get this information into the hands of educators. Those who can support the idea of introducing this space odyssey book to educators, please contact the author, Gerald Pleau  at   gjbpleau@aol.com
